How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Choose from a jam-jar posy, or a seasonal bouquet and select how often you’d like it delivered. Subscriptions can be a fixed length a 3, 6 or 12 months, or a rolling subscription.

    We’ll take care of the rest - delivering fresh, seasonal flowers straight to your door.

  • Our subscriptions are florist’s choice, meaning we select the freshest seasonal blooms available each week. This allows us to create arrangements that feel natural, beautiful, and in tune with the season.

  • The Jam Jar Posy is a smaller, charming arrangement in a reusable jam jar - perfect for kitchens, desks, or thoughtful gifting.
    The Seasonal Bouquet is a fuller, hand-tied arrangement designed to make more of an impact.

  • Deliveries are made on our designated subscription delivery days - the second and last Friday of each month (last Friday only for monthly subscriptions). You’ll receive your bouquet on the same day each fortnight or month, depending on your chosen plan.

  • Not necessarily. If you’re out, we’ll leave your flowers in a safe place where possible - somewhere sheltered from the elements. We recommend leaving delivery instructions at checkout to help us.

  • Yes - we understand plans change. Fixed-length subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months. Rolling subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

    Please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery if you’d like to pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription.

  • Absolutely. A flower subscription makes a thoughtful, lasting gift. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and let us know if you’d like to include a gift message.

  • We deliver locally within Timperley and surrounding areas (WA14, WA15 and M33). You can check availability at checkout or contact us if you’re unsure.
